All class passes are valid for 90 days from date of purchase. Passes not valid for classes in italics, workshops, evening dance events, kids classes, and other special R&M classes and programs. All sales final.

PASS EXTENSION – DISCOUNT REVERSAL
POLICY EXPLANATION

All passes automatically expire 90 days from the date of purchase. This information is posted at the ODC Dance Commons and published everywhere our prices are listed. ODC Dance Commons maintains that it is the responsibility of the student to determine at the time of purchase the number of classes they will be able to use and to ask questions about the expiration policy if they do not understand.

If a pass expires, it is no longer a valid pass and therefore cannot be used to attend class. To apply for a pass extension, a student must complete the Class Pass Extension Request Form. You may extend your pass for an additional 30 days for a flat fee of $15. You may not extend the same pass twice. You may not extend promotional or otherwise discounted passes, including the "30/45" class pass. In order to expedite processing, please submit your payment along with the form. If a pass has been expired for longer than 60 days, we are unable to extend it.
